I am looking for the pattern for the helmet tissue box. I have searched everywhere and can't find a pattern. Can someone help me?

i have a class of six, seven and eight year old children.there are eight children at my table and our time together is about ten minutes every Sunday.It is my job to teach needlework. the children have been enjoying working on plastic canvas heart and cross shapes with running stitch. Does Plastic Canvas for Kids give guidelines about how to plan a plastic canvas classes for kids. I mean at what age should I bring in new stitches and should I teach diagram reading? I want to keep it fun and exciting and let them enjoy the beginning stage but when should I begin to teach new skills and where can I get ideas of how to demonstrate diagram reading? Should I buy this book?
